Low season: min 3 night, high season : min 7 nights, peak season : min 10 nights

For events in Shalimar the following surcharges will apply;

  1. For any event;  the whole complex needs to be rented to ensure and secure your privacy and comfort. For the days before or after you can rent the villas individually.
    For the day of the event there will be a function fee that is equal to one night extra rent of the whole complex.
  2. Plus extra costing like community / banjar fee ect
    - Banjar fee = 4,800.000 ( for up to 100 persons )
    - Rain Stopper =  ON REQUEST  around Rp 1.500.000  
  3. Also for events the following deposits are requested
    under 20 guests : USD 500
    20 - 50 guests : USD 1000
    50 - 100 guests : USD 1500
    100 guests or more : to be discussed
    This deposit is 100% refundable and will be returned upon departure if no damages occur to the property
